Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services for you. In addition, to help protect, grow, and improve our business, we use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data and information obtained from your interactions with our Store, along with other merchants and with Shopify. To provide these enhanced features, Shopify may make use of personal information collected about your interactions with our store, along with other merchants, and with Shopify. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate our Services and, where you consent, for analytics and advertising purposes. Essential cookies necessary for the Services to function (e.g. shopping cart, checkout, login) do not require consent. For all other cookies (including analytics and advertising cookies), we will ask for your consent via a cookie banner before they are set, in accordance with Law No. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data in the electronic communications sector and the GDPR. CHILDREN'S DATA

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children under 16 years of age, which is the age of consent for information society services under Romanian law implementing Art. 8 GDPR. Order and invoicing information is retained for 10 years from the end of the financial year in which the transaction occurred, in accordance with Romanian Accounting Law No. 82/1991.

Account information is retained for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you wish to reactivate it.

Marketing data is retained until you withdraw your consent or opt out, after which it is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

Information relating to a legal dispute or claim is retained until the matter is fully resolved and any applicable limitation period has expired.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

While we sell exclusively to customers within the European Union, some of the service providers we use to operate our Services — including Shopify, which is established in Canada — may process personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
